Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Estrid products, but if something isn't right, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products where the protective seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our help center to initiate a return request using your order number and email address.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
